Family

Sunday, June 27, 2021  We had a lovely family day at the ranch yesterday when our daughter and son in law came to retrieve the gentle boy who spent a week at the ranch without them. He was so helpful and I missed him immediately last night when i had to go around and close all the gates myself! He has been so helpful all week and he learned quite a bit too, including his first shearing day experience.  We are so lucky to have one grandkid close enough that we can share the ranch life with him. We did talk to the other 3 grandkids in Bangkok last night (Yay for Facetime) and we’re waiting for the day when travel will be safe for them again too. Now the pace here will change to fiber prep and watching for babies to arrive. Never a dull moment!  #grateful
