A peaceful world

Tuesday, January 26, 2021  Banjo is home from the vet and doing just fine. Our youngest son is on his way back to Boulder, staying here an extra day to avoid driving in a winter storm. The world feels peaceful today.

I’m starting to look for movement in the bellies of some of the moms we bred last summer.  It’s probably still too early to see much but I do love looking. There are no guarantees in alpaca breeding, so we’ll just have to wait and see what we see after shearing. Of course I could bring a male over, but that usually results in too much spitting so I’ll just take the wait and see attitude this time.
