Monday, December 21, 2020 Happy Winter Solstice! Even though the coldest part of winter will be coming in the next 2 months, it warms my heart to know that starting today, the sun will be up for a few seconds longer each day, signaling the start of our slow but steady march toward spring. I’m sure everyone appreciates more daylight at the end of their day but for those of us who tend to animals outside the difference is huge. Tonight we’ll also be hosting the Blue Moon Ranch company party, which means the 2 of us will enjoy a nice meal and a good bottle of wine right here by the fire. We might also give an honorary award to the newest employee of the year, baby Blue! Chief will probably get Employee of the year this year and since Charlotte got it last year, she’ll be happy for him. Happy Monday, stay well~
Photo of the Day: Newest employee Blue once told an animal communicator that he has beautiful black tips on his ears. He wanted to be sure she noticed them. They are pretty cute, especially when he bounces.
Love those ears, Blue.

He sure does! I love that you celebrate the Winter Solstice. We have always had an intimate gathering as well, but…not this year. I hope I can come up and meet all the new babies before I head South. I do love your daily blogs and look forward to them.
Happy Winter Solstice and Merry Christmas and much Love to you and Ed (and the animals)
