Sunday December 13, 2020 It probably sounds idyllic here, with the cookie baking and snow sledding and tree decorating, but what I’ll also let you know is that Banjo ate the wiring to the Christmas tree, right before he ate the cookies we had piled on the island when we were out feeding alpacas. Just keeping it real. lol We fixed the wiring, and rescued more cookies than he ate but Jeeez! that puppy is a lot of work! Today we plan to work on some knitting and felting if we can get the workshop warm enough. It was 1 degree when I first looked at the thermometer this morning. Happy Sunday stay well~
Photo of the day: A frozen poop pile works as a sledding hill too!
Yes his mouth is full of cookie dough
The only kind of alpacas we eat here.
He’s sorry.

LOL! Never a dull moment with animals. Blue looks like he is trying to figure out how he can also sled down that hill. Cookie baking with the grands is one of my favorite things to do. And that apologetic look Banjo is giving your grandson–priceless! We drove past the ranch today on our way home from Woodland Biscuit Company, but all the animals were hanging out near the barn. We watched 2 of the Pyrs teasing each other. Such a beautiful place.

The house is quiet again and all 3 house dogs are snoring, totally exhausted. I bet even Blue will sleep well tonight.
I didn’t know WBC was open again, I sure miss that place!

It’s open T/Th for Mercantile and Biscuit baskets, Sat/Sun dine-in. I love that place.
