Thursday October 1, 2020 🍁 Welcome October. 🍂 Some creatures get ready to hibernate, but many of us get ready to fibernate. We stock up on yarn and fleeces to keep us busy and warm during the cold months ahead. We’re waiting for our last shipment of yarn to come back and then we’ll have another release to offer for your cold weather projects. My “fiber studio” is well stocked for my winter projects and I even found a minute to work on some alpaca hats yesterday. They’ll be in the online store next week. For now we’re staying quite busy with private farm tours while the weather stays so pleasant.
Chief is doing better, thanks for all the concern for our big boy. He takes his pills morning and night in a few meatballs and he thinks that pretty special. For anyone who needs to give a fussy dog pills – Kirkland frozen Italian meatballs are the best! Defrost 2 in a microwave for 20 seconds and almost any nasty pill can be hidden inside. I always have a bag in my freezer for the pups. We occasionally eat them too! Have a good Thursday and please stay well~
Photo of the day: Pumpkins from a local grower helped me decorate the barnyard this year.

What a beautiful photo Linda!! I just love seeing your photos each morning. I miss being able to come up and visit but hopefully soon that might happen. I am also feeling the need to start fibernating as well. Time to tune up the spinning wheels and gather my roving. Here’s to a happy fall.
