Thursday September 3, 2020 Today I’m feeling grateful for the busy-ness on the farm that takes my focus away from the political rhetoric of the day. Not that I don’t think it’s important because I really do, but a mind can only handle so much. I have too many Facebook “friends” who love to forward anything that agrees with their current mindset without checking any facts. Sorry, can’t read that today – gotta clean up the pastures, pull those pesky weeds, mail out more orders (thank you), feed all my dogs, move the alpacas, put hay in the feeders and answer my emails. The fun stuff like dollmaking, spinning and knitting is always there should I have a dull moment! The political scene is going to get uglier the closer we get to November – hold on my friends and get a new hobby to give your self a break! And of course stay well~
Photo of the day: Lovely Ramona. I love how she carries one piece of hay as a reminder of her last meal.

There’s so much to love and learn from the Alpacas. 🙂
