Saturday August 29, 2020 Usually by this time of year we are deep into planning mode for our big Fall open barn days. Every year since 1999 we’ve opened our gates to the public the last weekend in September and celebrated our fiber harvest, sharing our yarn and knitted items at we get ready for cooler weather. But not this year. ☹️ Our events have become so popular that to expect just a handful of people to show up is simply not realistic. So we’ll continue with a few private tours and keep adding more inventory to our on line store. Our online yarn sales so far have been excellent so I think buyers are also looking for a safer alternative than in person shopping. We will always have some fun stuff in the yarn barn for our private tours too.
Meanwhile I’m grateful to live here and just as grateful that I can share some of the views with people all over the world. stay well~
