Friday July 31, 2020 When I sell one of my dolls, I’ll tell Ed and he’ll say “but how many hours did you spend on that doll?”. That is like asking a guy who just caught a big fish “How many hours did you spend trying to catch that fish?” If you love what you’re doing, how long it takes really doesn’t matter. And I love doll making! I haven’t had time to sit at the doll making table all week because I had to get the fleeces ready to go. (they’re on their way, yay!) Hoping I can start a little doll poking today since it will be too hot in the afternoon to do much more. My motto has always been “Do what you love, Love what you do.” I’m so proud that my 3 kids took that to heart and all of them do what they love everyday. It’s not without challenges, but it’s a good way to go. Happy Friday and stay well~
