Tuesday June 9, 2020 Quarantine fatigue is a thing. For any of us who have been trying to stay “safe” during the pandemic, the day to day stress of it all might be taking a toll. With information that changes daily causing mistrust of what we hear, and changing our daily lives in ways we would never have imagined, it’s causing lots of anxiety. From graduations to weddings to funerals, what is normal now? I don’t think we know. Layer on some civil unrest with a dose of exposed racism and no wonder we feel fatigued. It’s all real and we need to face it but not let it take us down. So what to do? *Make your health a priority. *Get outside, yes! * Take a break from social media. *Take a walk, hike or bike ride. *Think about your gifts and skills and use them to move yourself in a new direction. And of course stay well~
