Thursday May 28, 2020 The heat is building this week and the pacas are not happy about it. Good, then they’ll appreciate it when we take their fleeces next Friday! Not to worry, they have access to the creek to cool off for a few more days and the barn is always shady so that is where they hang out when it gets too warm in the afternoon. I need to redo the fencing inside the barn so we can move ’em in and move ’em out as efficiently as possible and I hope to get that done today.
Question of the day: Do the alpacas enjoy shearing day? NO Way! But they do enjoy the feeling afterwards, just like me. 🙂 Stay well~
