Sunday February 23, 2020 I know when I need to take a day off and that is what I did yesterday. I turned down a tour and decided I better take care of myself. My “day off” still includes caring for the animals of course, but that’s really not too hard. And that’s all I did. The business part got put on hold. I read a new book, took a walk and after an easy peasy dinner of chicken soup and bread, I felt so much better! There are no weekends in farming and I knew that 20+ years ago, so sometimes I need to be able to say “we’re closed”. We’ll be open again on Monday, no worries! Enjoy your Sunday!
