Tuesday September 3, 2019 I had to let the girls in the creek to cool down this weekend, the heat was so intense. I still maintain that people who love summer probably work in an air conditioned office and are not outside all day to enjoy it to it’s fullest! lol Well I’ve had enough summer for now and can’t wait for some cool days and freezing nights. The babies all know how to seek out the shade and the girls who have a tendency to overheat do submerge their bodies in the creek, so we’ll be OK. It looks like cooler days move in next week. In the meanwhile it’s creek time for alpacas and I’ll be doing many of my chores after sunset.
