Tuesday August 27, 2019 It’s 38 degrees here this morning! How lovely! I am glad however that I was able to get a coat on baby Remy. He is gaining and is over 15 pounds but still so tiny. I sleep better when he wears a coat – it’s that simple. lol
I have a nice pile of fleeces ready for a quick trip to Salt Lake City and will get a few more done today. Ed (also knows as delivery boy) will take them to the mill tomorrow when he goes to work. That means the carbon footprint of our yarn is next to zero. We all need to do what we can to take care of the planet. Speaking of that, when I made the contribution to treesisters.org yesterday, they told me that our donation will plant 490 trees. So thank you all for your purchases in the Yarn Barn!
Photo of the day: My lovelies. Scarlett and Patchouli were tending the babies so their moms could have a break.

Waaaait! Where’s that other little stinker?! It does take a neighborhood to bring up a child.

Haha, Remy is fine, he was snuggling with his mom. Since they have bonded so well, he stays pretty close to her and will venture out more with the other boys in a week or so.
