Wednesday August 14, 2019. Today will be the last private tour we host until after our open barn day and August 24. There will be plenty of opportunities after the 24th if you are interested in having the ranch to yourself for your group. The daily maintenance of the ranch plus getting product ready, not to mention the animals care and birth season takes more time than you might think. And we want to have everything ready for our visitors on the 24th. Today I’m trying to get caught up with some soap making. A new scent called “stress relief” is next in line. I can use that!
Our grandson had a fun visit yesterday and the babies loved him. He said he totally forgot how “tiny and adorable” the babies are. I think all the animals know him and have no fear of him, because he’s been coming here since he was born, and is one of the most gentle souls I’ve ever known. Happy Wednesday!
Photos of the day: Rocky and Ryder were happy to meet our grandson. The feeling was mutual. 💛Actually all the animals are drawn to him and his gentle natureBut I was most amazed that Marcella let him sit with her and pet Rocky. I don’t think she’d allow me to do that! (Rocky got a little dirt on his face in this photo)

I love how comfortable they are around him! Will he be taking over the family business?!! Isn’t there one more baby on the way? These photos are absolutely stunning!
Linda
Yes, one more baby on the way, and we are talking about him helping with the tours. He is a natural with the animals.
