Sunday June 30, 2019 My hopes were for 4 babies to arrive in early august. But I’ve had enough experience with breeding alpacas that I know how rarely things go like I hope. However, I have seen proof of pregnancy in 3 of them and maybe, just maybe I saw a kick inside Aspen yesterday. Of course there are blood tests and ultrasounds but I have also been disappointed in the accuracy of those tests, so I like to do the wait and look for movement test. So Aspen would be #4 and I’ll be looking for more positive signs as the weeks progress. The daddy to all the babies is Romulus. Mojo and Stetson are still not over it. LOL
