Tuesday June 18, 2019 We had a marriage proposal here over the weekend. I posted some of the photos on Facebook, but here is the rest of the story: I thought we were scheduling a normal private tour until the guy told me he was planning to ask his girlfriend to marry him while he was here. Sweet! He sent 2 photographer friends ahead to find a pretty spot. But what if the alpacas aren’t in the chosen spot I worried? So the photographers hid in the barn with telephoto lenses and after he popped the question they appeared and came out to get even better shots. The alpacas followed the couple wherever they moved so I really didn’t need to worry about that. I didn’t want to post about it until I was sure they had the chance to post their own stories on social media but now that they have, I can share some of the photos.
