Tuesday April 30, 2019 Rain today and snow tonight. We still have some firewood left from the winter and I think some will be used tonight. The alpacas have so much fleece on them now, I bet they’d be happy with a few days of wintry weather. So far the pastures are all being eaten evenly so we haven’t closed any gates. Hay consumption is way down, they’re walking all over every day – yay for our alpaca fitness plan! 🙂
If you ordered bags of paca poo, I will have them in the hay barn out of the weather. Send me a text if you need yours today and we’ll arrange a spot for pick up.
