Monday April 15, 2019 Happy rainy Monday! Spring break is over and I just dropped our grandson off at his school. Lots of catching up to do here and I’ll start today. We teach him lots about animal care and farming, but soap making is one thing I won’t share, (it’s too dangerous working with lye and not worth the risk) so this week will be a soap making week. I tried to get started on my soaps a week or so ago but realized my supplies had dwindled to almost zero, so had to order all supplies again. They’re all here so I have no more excuses. 🙂 I’m full of spring ideas and if the weather allows I’d love to get out and put some in action. Halter work with the babies is still on the list too, but it’s not much fun in the rain or snow. A newsletter should be going out this week, you can sign up using the link at the bottom of each page or on the “contact us” page. We do have a firm shearing date as well as a firm Spring Open house day and all that will be shared in the newsletter. Happy Monday!
Photo of the day: Stetson really tried to attract my attention yesterday showing off his studly pose. It worked!
