Wednesday January 9, 2019 The sun was out yesterday and it was simply a gorgeous day. I got all the girls out of the barn by spreading some hay out on the snow and did a little housekeeping in the barn while they were all outside chowing down. The boys barn faces south so they get abundant sun without ever having to step out into the snow but the girls barn facing north can be a challenge in winter.
Today the plan is to get the dye pots simmering with some new exciting colors for all the white yarn I have been hoarding. With a predicted high of 40 degrees, I might even be able to dry it outside in the sun. ☀️ Life is good.
Photo of the day: Yay for sunny winter days!

love your posts! have been to your open barn days, how fun. I have one question, when you choose to breed, do you choose a female and male to get together?
