Wednesday December 5, 2018 A fresh dusting of snow overnight will keep things looking pretty here. The porch steps are disappearing under snow and Jack our old labradoodle who has a hard time with the steps is loving it. It’s so hard to see our aging dogs struggle with day to day life. We try to watch them closely and know when it’s time, but it’s never easy. I had to insist that Abby, our oldest guardian dog sleep in the garage last night and she wasn’t happy with me at all. She couldn’t wait to get back to the barn this morning and I’ll just take it one day at a time with her too. And then there’s Belle who has enough energy for all 6 dogs. LOL Happy Wednesday!
