A New Friend

Sunday November 18, 2018  Because we slowed down on our breeding program, I no longer feel the urgency to sell alpacas like I have in the past.  My new Motto is breed only what you can feed. I love the babies and we’ll see a few more next year. 🙂  And I will happily sell alpacas when the right buyer comes to me. I was contacted by a couple last week, and began my questioning process, they handled it well and were even glad I wanted to do a site visit!  Fast forward to the end of the story – we moved one of our boys to a new home yesterday and all seems well so far. I’m happy it worked out and because of the temperaments of the boys involved we’re hoping this duo will be content without needing more alpacas.

On another note – we had a fun dinner party here last night to thank our volunteers for all the help they offer us at events and all year long. We are grateful to have such good people willing to help out here. You guys are the best. ❤️

Today a family gathering is happening here and next week I’ll be getting ready for Small Business Saturday. That and Thanksgiving!
