Monday November 5, 2018 After a fun filled and memorable weekend with our grandson I think I’ll need a nap today after I drop him off at his school! LOL All the animals were well cared for and the crias especially enjoyed having this small human bouncing around with them all weekend. We did squeeze in a visit to the Salt Lake City Aquarium (actually its in Draper Utah) and we were quite impressed. The shark tank was our favorite, and we got home just in time for feedings here…… And the discovery of a crying kitten in the hay barn. He or she was really upset about something and demanded to be heard. We offered her some food, she shyly ate it, hiding back behind a pallet when I’d come close. But then this 8 year old with the magic touch tried to get close and she loved him. So we spent the rest of the afternoon introducing her to the dogs and other cats and it just might work if she wants a new home. Even Chief said “OK, if you insist” We’ve named her Jezebel until we find out what sex she is.
