Tuesday October 2, 2018 There’s a change in the air. The leaves suddenly looks brighter, the skies seem darker and rain is on the way. I’m grateful this change waited until after our big weekend. The rain we had yesterday afternoon had all the alpacas race into the barn and several of them looked at me to ask where’s dinner? Hay consumption will go up now that the pastures have slowed down. I did get the compost piles turned, got some grass seed put down in bare spots and even found time to open the store for a shopper. Life is good. 😀
