Thursday August 23, 2018 Well we finally got enough rain that we can leave the irrigation off for a day or two, yay! We did get a little wet for our tour group in the afternoon but we moved the party into the barn and all was well. Another private tour group will be here this afternoon and I’ll be working to get more yarn labeled this morning. (and also figure out what to do about our refrigerator that decided to die last night, ugh) The alpacas are enjoying the cooler weather and all 5 babies are now chewing cud which makes me very happy. Once their guts are working with a full rumen, they seem to be more resilient. Happy Thursday!
