Friday August 3, 2018 We got a lovely bit of rain overnight complete with lightning and thunder to make sure we noticed. Our thirsty pastures soaked it all up greedily. I did get out of bed to make sure no one was stuck out of their shelters and all looked good except for one big guardian dog happily soaking up the rain, I think it was Charlotte but it was too dark to know for sure. But I do kow she can always get out of the rain if she chooses to.
The kitchen table is still piled with our new yarn waiting for labels and as soon as I get that done, I’ll list some in the online store. The pasture clean up I planned for today might have to be postponed because it’s too wet out there. I can’t wait to try little bit of knitting with some of this new yarn! Happy Friday!
