Thursday May 31, 2018 We’re putting down roots today. As in tree roots! Before we built the house we currently live in, an apple tree stood right about where I am sitting as I type. I said I’d someday replace that tree and today is the day. Except there will be 3 of them since it took me so long. 🙂 Then since we’re planting we’ll also add some trees to the main pasture – a couple of maples to add shade in the summer and fall colors in the autumn and one big aspen to make that threesome in the pasture complete. These trees will be planted in honor of my parents. 💛💛
