Monday May 14, 2018 Thanks to the recent rain we were finally able to let the girls out onto the new pasture that they have been looking at longingly for a month now. Dandelions and new grass enticed them to explore every area and they seemed pleased. There was much running and kicking up of heels! They’ll be grazing out there most days from about 10 – 4, so there might not be much action in the alpaca cam view unless you like watching the big white dogs wrestle. Our first alpaca babies are due mid June, so by then I’ll have to keep them closer to the barn so I can observe the pregnant mamas.
Our friends from the Park City Newspaper will be coming out today for an interview to appear in the paper about our Spring Open Barn Day. I’ll try to be on my best behavior. hehe. Happy Monday!
