Monday, May 8, 2017 One minute it’s snowing and the next minute all our summer birds are back. Yesterday we saw our favorite tree swallows darting around their house from last year, humming birds at the feeder and a pair of bright orange Bullock Orioles. The sandhill cranes are still arriving in pairs and my lone blue heron flies overhead frequently. Today I’m feeling grateful to share the earth with these amazing feathered friends. Happy Monday!
