Saturday, December 31, 2016 I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to say goodbye to 2016. Too many losses at the ranch and challenges with my leg surgeries that still haven’t healed 100%. As our herd ages, we expect losses, but not our top herd sire in his prime or a beautiful gray baby girl that we were over the moon excited for. 2016 also had lots of awesome family time, a memorable trip to Laos and beautiful new life at the ranch. But we’ll put 2016 behind us for now. And I’m convinced that 2017 will be better. I’ve chosen my word for the year and it’s perfect. Be safe if you’re out partying tonight! Happy New Year!
