Friday, December 16, 2016 My weather forecast says it’s snowing in Woodland, but when I look out the window, all I see is rain. On days like this, I remember the group of male alpaca alpacas that we “rehomed” earlier this year because they had no shelter and I am so glad we made that happen. Alpacas are not cattle and they do need shelter. Wet weather before cold weather is the hardest of all because they can get soaked to the skin and are vulnerable to hypothermia. All our animals are tucked in their barns and will come out once it turns to snow. They are smart that way! Happy Friday!
Photo of the day: That time when Lola photobombed my shot but looked cute enough to share. 🙂
