Saturday, March 5, 2016 Feeding the alpacas their hay is the last outside chore that I do every afternoon. It’s also the time I check in with every animal. So it’s not a chore I like to rush through. Slow feeding I call it. 😉 Putting the actual hay into the feeders might only take a half an hour but I spend more than an hour checking in with each and every animal and it’s a very peaceful way for me to end my day outside. 🙂
Photo of the day: Moonshine looked good at slow feeding time last night.
