Tuesday, May 19, 2015 Clouds will keep it a gray day here, but our grandson will spend the day and brighten things up considerably. 🙂 The baby chicks have grown even more and as I expected, we do have one little rooster. If you see a red comb on a 2 month old hen …. its probably not a hen but a rooster. His legs and feet are also way bigger than the others and although I can hope he’s a fast maturing hen, I won’t be surprised to hear him crow. I’m really not a fan of roosters, especially around little kids, but we’ll give him a chance.
