Wednesday April 15, 2015 A new blanket of white is covering Blue Moon Ranch this morning and that’s just fine with us. We’ll probably see more snow today, too. Many of the alpacas slept under the falling snow last night – at this time of year, with so much fleece, they really don’t feel much cold, so they can sleep wherever they feel safest. I once posted a photo on Facebook of some of the females kushed out in a spring snow storm, and got lambasted for not providing shelter for my animals! Ha, if only they knew….. and I tried to explain, but the complainer was not staying around to listen to me. Happy Wednesday!
