Tuesday, September 30, 2014 I forgot to tell you that at 4:00 on Sunday when our last guests were leaving Open Barn Days, our alpaca transporter arrived with 2 new alpacas that we bought a few months ago. I knew he was coming and had their “suite” ready so we unloaded them and walked them right where they belonged. They are settling in well and I hope to have them in with the rest of the girls soon. I ran fecal exams yesterday and they came back great.
Photo of the day: The black girl, named Asia is a non-fading blue black and she’ll get to meet General Patton next spring. The multi-colored girl, with a classic gray neck, black chest and rose gray rear is named Patchouli and she will have a baby here next spring.
