Wednesday May 21, 2014 I love it when I see crias kicking inside their mamas. I really do. 🙂 And one of our new girls, Miranda, has a very active baby. But wait…there’s more! This is not just any baby. A bit of history – years ago I asked a very well known shearer who sheared most of the alpacas in the West who he though the very best male was. He did not hesitate for a second and answered “Show Me the Money”. I made a mental note to keep an eye out for this male. One of the reasons we bought General Patton is that “Show Me the Money” was his grandfather. Well, guess who is the daddy to this wildly kicking baby? Yep, “Show Me the Money”. Due date June 7. (Which means nothing to Miranda) 🙂
