Thursday February 22, 2018 People ask how the other dogs cope with a loss of one of their pack. They definitely know what happened and they were very worried about Bodhi before we let him go. They were fine with that, probably even glad that we helped end his pain. And now, they just worry about us. The 3 doodles in the house follow me every where and are looking into my eyes as if to try to help with my sadness. They don’t undertsnd about Ed’s brother but they do know that Bodhi left a big hole in our hearts. They are such helpful companions. Belle is so tuned in to my feelings, she’s a real empathetic soul. How lucky I am that she’s in my life.
