Wednesday, June 15, 2016 Today I will be grateful. It’s a very good practice when you feel sad or upset. I am grateful for so much and that is what will lift me up today. I am so grateful for all the comments from friends and even strangers who feel my heartache over the loss of General Patton. I am grateful for all the awesome animals who share my life. I’m grateful for my supportive husband and friends and family who understand what I’m feeling. And I’m grateful for all of you who are reading this. I feel better already.
