Friday, June 10, 2016 The shearers will arrive tonight and we’ll make sure they get a good nights sleep before our busy day tomorrow. If you’ve not hosted a shearing event with four shearers as over night guests and 65 alpacas being shorn the next day you might think I have time to eat bonbons today. Not really. LOL There are still a few details to be taken care of but soon shearing day 2016 will be behind us. whew. Happy Friday!
Photo of the day: Every animal has 3 cards, one for the prime blanket, one for the neck and one for the sample. Tomorrow these cards will help organize the workflow as we separate and gather fleeces.
