Saturday, March 26, 2016 Visitors coming this morning and more this afternoon, and between chores I better find time to dye those eggs! But hey, it’s not snowing! 🙂 I’m not sure how many of you who read this page also read our facebook page, but I wanted to share something that came across my page yesterday. Photo of the day: A redwing blackbird I rescued yesterday. It was too cold for me to to stand outside (I don’t have time to grab a coat when on a rescue mission) so I had to bring him in my office till he regained strength.
Phase 2, once he seemed strong enough, I put him out in the safe holder on the porch and he stayed there for another hour before flying away. 🙂
