Tuesday, March 22, 2016 Thank you for all the kind comments on our loss of Luna, She was a very special girl and leaves behind many of her genetics in our herd and in other herds around the country. A son in New Hampshire and a daughter in California are just a few who will carry on her legacy. For a little cheer yesterday, we were so happy to welcome home our traveling stud Silver Lake! I have a feeling he is very happy about the snow we’re getting today and tomorrow. It was dark when I went out to check on the boys, but Lake was perched atop his favorite hill and the other males agreed it was OK for him to be there. 🙂
